He is survived by: his sons, David Bryan Eleazer and Michael Brannon Eleazer; his daughter-in-law Katherine McKittrick Eleazer; his grandsons, Malcolm and Tillman; and his brothers, William, Phillip and Tim Eleazer. He is also survived by his two sons, daughter in law, grandsons and numerous cousins.
