We bid farewell to Mary G. Parnell of Lexington, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 9, 2025 at the age of 87. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Kennedy Gibert and Annie Ruth Voyles Gibert; and her husband Charles Brooks Parnell. She is survived by: her sons, Ken (Georgiana) of Columbia and Keith (Sonya) of Sandy Run; her sister Lou Ann Walker of Spartanburg; her grandchildren, Erin Parnell, Kennedy Parnell (Cathy) and Brice Parnell; her great grandchildren, Wesley Porter, Morgan and Jillian Parnell; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Robertson (Dennis).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lebanon Presbyterian Church Cemetery (698 Mt Carmel Rd, Abbeville, SC 29620).
