She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Williams and Carl Lawson; and her sister Cynthia Zeigler. She is survived by: her spouse Leslie Ranger Helms; her daughters, Angel Brazell (Jayson), Lindsay Hurd (Mike) and Cynthia Helms; and her sister Faith Zeigler. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Caughman-Harman Funeral Home – Lexington Chapel (503 N Lake Dr, Lexington, SC 29072).
