She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Douglas Davis of Lexington; her parents, Jack Cook and Betty Cook of Lexington; her siblings, Jack Foster Cook, Jr. and Glenda Cook Walker Bundrick; and her great-nephew Jackson Lewis Young.
She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Cook Young (Bert) and Sharon Cook Medley (Frank). She is also survived by many nieces nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel (609 Northwood Rd, Lexington, SC 29072). A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lake View Cemetery (802 Hilltop Ave, Lake View, SC 29563).
