He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jackson Fitzpatrick and Mary Faith Pettit Fitzpatrick; and his brother Richard "Dick" Fitzpatrick (Regenia) of Anderson, SC. He is survived by: his wife Margie Anderson Fitzpatrick; his sons, Scott Fitzpatrick of Charleston, SC and Mark Fitzpatrick of Lexington, SC; his granddaughter Easton "Scooter" Fitzpatrick; his great grandchild Dominic "Boomer" Esmarian of Wilmington, NC; his nephew William; and his niece Liz.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and at 4:00 PM at the Woodridge Memorial Park (138 Corley Mill Rd, Lexington, SC 29072). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
