He is survived by: his mother Sandra Powers; his wife Donna M Conner; his stepmother Judy Earle; his children, Jeffrey E. Conner Jr., Michael S. Miller, Phillip E. Yerro and Ashley N. Register; his brothers, Scott W. Conner and Neal Sanders (Dawn); and his grandsons, Brandon Conner, Chandler Cook and Brice Roof. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
