He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jan" Shores Oliver; his children, Christina Oliver Bettini (Ted Beverly) and Javie Lee Oliver Jr. (Kristy); his grandchildren, Emily Ann Oliver, Skylar BriHanna Oliver and Tyler Neal Bettini; and his pet Max.
