With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane K. Hornaday of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Winnsboro, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024. She was predeceased by: her husband Lynn Truman "Boobie" Hornaday; her son David Hornaday; her parents, Dolph Kelly and Ethel Kelly; her sister Bernice Kelly; and her brother-in-law Gene Tillery.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Mauney (Tommy), Carl "Eddie" Hornaday and Edwin Hornaday; her sister Irene Tillery; her grandchildren, Christopher Mauney and Megan Beza (Nic); her nephew Tim Crumpton (Karen); her niece Julie Miles (Richard); her great-nephew Brandon Miles; and her close friends, Teresa Metts and Lisa Metts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 1391 Centerville Road Ridgway, SC 29130.
