He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Lane Jones and James Jones; his wife Maggie Jones; and his sisters, Anne Jones and Ruby Jones "Dolly".
He is survived by: his daughters, Selena English of Columbia, SC, Elouise Jones of Louisiana and Tikila McBride of Georgia; his siblings, Betty Dease, Valarie Hambric, Ella Epps (Wardell) and Jacob Corbett (Linda); and his cousins, Rutha and Ethel.
