It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harris N. A. Tofte (Lexington, South Carolina), born in Volga, South Dakota, who passed away on February 2, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Tofte and Mabel Tofte (Quam); his siblings, Connie Skovlund (Tofte), Marlyn Tofte (Mary) and Ronald Tofte; his daughters, Kristin Ahn Miller (Mickey) and Stephanie Louise Watson (Michael); his grandchildren, Zachary Allen Miller and Hayley Ahn Miller; his wife Patricia; his nieces, Sandra Skovlund, Kathleen Caron (Steve) and Char Skovlund (Laura Berg); his nephew David Skovlund (Robin Baumgartner); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Jean Fischer (Timothy). He was also cherished by many great nieces and nephews and their children.
