Fred Roper Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Jones and U. G. Roper. He is survived by: his spouse Jon Upson; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Upson and Heidi Langston (Jim); his nephew Kai Langston; and his niece Kayla Langston. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
