He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Samuel Basnett and Virginia Edwards Basnett; and his sister Linda Basnett Newman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Basnett; his children, Nikki Trotter (Scott), Sam Basnett, Ryan Basnett (Holley) and Travis Basnett (Andrea); and his stepchildren, Brian Stotts, Jeff Stotts (Liz) and Laura Collins. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Platt Springs United Methodist Church, 3215 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia, SC 29170 in Frank's memory.
