He was predeceased by: his father John C. Amick. He is survived by: his wife Pat Amick; his children, Collin Amick (Sam), Tessa Cade and Cami Amick; his grandchildren, Christopher Cade, Brianna Cade, Alexis Powers, Savannah Amick, Wyatt Amick and Dawson Amick; his great grandchild Audriana Baston; his mother Catherine Gable; and his brother Carlton Amick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Lexington's Missions Fund, Costa Rica.
