She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hamilton Cousins, Sr. and Lucy Doris Adams. She is survived by: her husband Henry G. Daniels; her daughter Amy E. Russ; her granddaughter Jessica D. Russ-McKinney (Wayne); her siblings, Paul Hamilton Cousins, Jr. (Joann) and Susan; her cousins, Jo, Hiller Longshore (Donnie) and Luther E.; her niece Rebecca; her cousins, Smith, BJ Hiller Rawlings (Jimmy), Laurie Richardson Sterguis (Nick), April, Bauer (Derrick) and Katie; her nephew Paul H.; and her cousin Natsumi. She is also survived by Cousins, and Maggie Cousins.

Her strong foundation in Christ was built early-on, as she was a long-time member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Columbia.
