He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fautley and LolaAnn Fautley; and his brother Kenneth Ray "Buddy", Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janet S. Fautley; his children, Alana M. Lorick (Bryce) and David P. Fautley, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Catherine S. Martinez (Raynor) and Emilee C. Skipper; his sister Patricia Hinsberger (Clayton); his nephews, Dan Hinsberger (Dana) and Steve Hinsberger (Holly); his great-nieces, Kara and Brenna; and his great-nephew Seth.
