She was predeceased by: her parents, Lizzie and John Wingard, Sr.; her brother John C Wingard; and her sister-in-law Claudia Wingard. She is survived by: her nephew John "Jay" Wingard (Angie); her niece Tracy Ellis (Dale) of Lexington; her great-nephew Christian Ellis (Lucy); her great-niece Angel Kimley (Hunter); and also, Nash and Ryder Kimley.
