She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Flanders and Howard Leroy Flanders; her husband Arthur Myers; her sons, Carl Henry Bruce and Robert Kevin Bruce; her grandsons, Allen Joseph Bruce, Nicholas Blane Bruce, Jordan Clay Porter and Zachary Aaron Zuber; and her daughters-in-law, Valerie Bruce, Elonna Bruce and Rose Bruce.

She is survived by: her children, Annette Bruce Masi (Michael) of Lexington, SC, Joseph Alan Bruce of Alvord, TX, Richard Louis Bruce, Jr. of Hamshire, TX and Yvette Rene Ballard (Carlo) of Kirbyville, TX.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
