She was predeceased by: her parents, G. W. "Dook" Fulmer Sr. and Emmy; her husband George Sineath; her daughter Diane; and her brothers, George, Jr. and Charles "Charlie" Fulmer.
She is survived by: her nephew Micheal Fulmer (Pam); her cousins, Ann Baugh and Judy Powell; and her friends, Sallie, David Bendt, Jewel and English Pearcy. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
