He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Marsha Asmer and Albert Joseph Asmer Sr.; his daughter Whitney Michelle Asmer; and his brothers, Frederick Charles Asmer Sr. and Albert Joseph Asmer Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Asmer, Charles Anthony Asmer Jr. (Bubba) and Rachael Brinkley (Vernon); his grandchildren, Taylor Barton (Ethan), Braiden Cottrell, Charles Asmer Jr., Keri Goff, Kymberlee Goff, Lucy Goff, Eva Green, Raynebow Brinkley and James Brinkley; and his siblings, Norman Asmer (Lisa), Anthony Asmer (Sarah), Peter Asmer (Yvonne), Johnny Asmer and Christy Asmer Yarborough (Anita Harwell). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Caughman-Harman Funeral Home – Lexington Chapel (503 N Lake Dr, Lexington, SC 29072).
