He is survived by: his wife Joann Amick Shealy; his sons, Kevin Shealy (Carlin) and Jason Shealy (Amber); his siblings, Adam Shealy, Felicia Schlau (Brian) and Leslie Warren; and his grandchildren, Kellen, Caleb, Kierra, Isaac and Judah.
