She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca "Becky" Willis Starkey and Col. David LeRoy Starkey. She is survived by: her husband Jesse; her brother Joshua Cameron Starkey; her nieces, Ruthie and Nora; and her in-laws, Jimmy and Ken Harmon.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Radius Church-Lexington (300 W Main St, Lexington, SC 29072).
