He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Jernigan; his son Roy D. Jernigan (Chelsey) of Leesville; his stepdaughter Elizabeth M. Harmon (Kevin) of Lexington; his siblings, Ed Davis (Jodi) of Pelion, Bobby Jernigan (Gail) of Leesville, Donald "Duck" Jernigan (Lisa) of Pelion, Shirley Turner (Bobby "John Wayne") of Leesville, Sudie Jernigan of Lexington and Tammy Marsh (Kevin) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Matthew Harmon, William Harmon of Lexington, Brooklyn Jernigan of Elgin and Lucy Rowland of Leesville; and his great grandchild Mason Harmon.
