He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Redmond, Sr. and Sadie Culbreth Redmond; and his sister Carolyn Redmond Richardson of Orangeburg, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Brabham Redmond; his sons, Stephen Redmond (Denise Rice) and Brent Redmond; his grandchildren, Katie Lewis (Elijah) and Robert Redmond; and his siblings, Pete C. Redmond of Columbia, SC, Juanita Lee (Mark) of Lexington, SC and Teresa Lang (Michael) of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
