It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Anthony Frate of Leesville, South Carolina, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Frate. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Cheryl (Joey) and Tina (Tony); his grandchildren, Taylor (Corby), Katie, Joseph, Anthony (Melissa), Palmer (Shelby), Shane, Holston and Savannah; his great grandchildren, Lily Grace, Penelope and Everest; and his siblings, Barbara (Nick), Rosemary (Jim) and Tony.
In honor of Rick's courageous two-and-a-half-year battle with cancer and his empathy for the children fighting the same fight, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
