She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Guy Shealy and Trannie Derrick Shealy; her sister Frances; her brother-in-law Monts; her brother Billy Shealy; her siblings-in-law, David Ellisor, Deward Swygert and Dondra Asbill; her parents-in-law, Roy Asbill and Myrtis Epting Asbill Dowd; and her stepfather-in-law Roy Dowd.
She is survived by: her husband W. Brent Asbill; her daughter Brantlee Asbill Taylor (Gary); her grandchildren, Colie Brooks Taylor and Caroline Blair Taylor; her siblings, Leon Shealy (Beverly), Joann Ellisor and Dorothy Hobgood (Perry); her siblings-in-law, Judy Swygert, Marjorie, Sherill Asbill, Wayne Asbill, Sue and Milton Caughman; and her caregivers, Blair Taylor, Sylvia Rikard and Lisa Correia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
