It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Madison Johnston of Leesville, South Carolina, born in Olar, South Carolina, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Leroy Johnston and Lydia Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Jean Rozanne Johnston of Leesville; his son Troy Johnston; his stepchildren, Jessica Elledge (Chad) of Gilbert and Justin Lee of Leesville; his grandchildren, Halle, Austin, Miller, Boggs and Asher; and his sisters, Sarah Hosey, Carolyn Stewart and Debbie McCandless. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
