She was predeceased by: her parents, Furman Waters and Anzie Eidson Waters; her husband Kenneth E. Price; her son-in-law B. Ray Hayes; her siblings, Alice Taylor, Jimmie, Harold, Hoyt, Jack and Larry Waters; and her half-siblings, Rose Dickinson, Ruth Mabus, Cleo Rikard, Louise Frick, Pansy Amick, Tillman, Jason, Oscar and Ernest Waters.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra P. Hayes; her grandsons, Chad Hayes and Ken Hayes (Amanda); her sisters, Patricia Shealy and Eleanor Shealy; and her great grandchild Parker Hayes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
