She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry O. Browder and Violet Townsend Browder; her husband Wesley Waters; her siblings, Carolyn Browder and Melvin Browder; her stepdaughter Marie Waters; and her stepgrandson Travis Crapps.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Cannon (Ashley), Kimberly Waters Leon and Ruby Ramirez; her grandchildren, Hunter Cannon, Savannah Fowler and Jacob Cannon; and her brothers, Brian and David Browder. She is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
