It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jasper Bowers Jr. of Leesville, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Sharon Bowers and Willie Jean Arnold. He is survived by: his parents, Jasper Bowers, Sr. and Willie Bell Dawson Bowers; his sons, James Henry Bowers (Tenevia) of Columbia, SC and Carlos Greeley of Little Mountain, SC; his siblings, Patricia Quattlebaum (Charlie) of Irmo, SC, Angela Martin Bowers of Little Mountain, SC, Frances Bowers Dixon (Lucious) of Little Mountain, SC, Dennis Arnold of Little Mountain, SC and Morris Bowers (KaTima) of Bristol, TN; and his fiancée Vera Johnson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, a host of aunts and uncles.
