He is survived by: his wife Audrey Myers McIntosh; and his children, Phyllis Smith, Terri Zigan (Duane), Roy McIntosh (Lisa), Lena Kay Alarcon, Paula Argent (Mike) and Teresa McIntosh. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
