It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Ferman Gantt (Leesville, South Carolina), who passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Sonya Wynette Gantt; and his in-laws, Callie Gantt (Sandra), Robert Gantt (Jeanette), Joseph "Joe" Gantt and Lester Gray.
He is survived by: his son David Wayne Gantt (Donna); his granddaughter Maggie Gantt Vinson (Nick); his great grandchildren, Paisley Kate Vinson and Ruby Brielle Vinson; his sister Margaret G. Gray; his close friend Joann Faulkner; and his parents, Jospeh Franklin "Frank" Gantt and Margaret "Maggie" Louise Gunter Gantt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church.
