He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Padgett and Seth Padgett; and his daughter Lisa Annette Steele. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Bedenbaugh Padgett; and his sons, Russell Padgett (Cynthia), David Padgett (Wyn) and Michael Padgett (Carmen). He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, as well as many extended family.
