He is survived by: his parents, Lois Clarke Wingard (Bill) and Stephen Wingard (Kathy); his siblings, Stephen Wingard (Angie), Seth Rodriguez (Leah) and Samantha Burke; his nieces and nephews, Jacob Standridge, Nataleigh Burke, Colin Wingard, Addyson Burke, Ethan, Reba Sue and Loretta Rodriguez; his grandparents, Hazel Clarke, Kensil Wingard and Taline Fuller; his aunt Cindra Farr (Frank); his uncle Ernie Clarke; his pet Missy; and his close friends, Vincent Bish, Daniel, Dawn Costa, Ashley Miller and Jay Gordon (Oger).
