She was predeceased by: her parents, Kurlina Gardner and Milas Barr; her husband Walter Clay Sugick; her daughter Tammie C Peterson; and her siblings, Buster Muller, Cornell, Robert Lee, Mitchell Cannon, Michael and Nettie Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Dea, Lisa M. Glasper, Kawana Ford (Reggie) and De'Jeanette Jenkins; her grandchildren, Kasherrie, Jalessa, Jermaine Jr., Damien (DJ), Keadjha, Cameron, Tiara (Marlin), Joy and Desiree; her siblings, John Cannon (JT), Rev Jeffrey Cannon, Jamie Gary, Joe L. Barr (Eva), Valerie Barr, Vanessa B Jackson (Eddie), Linda Marshall (Thomas) and Victoria Ware (Zavean); and her aunt Beatrice Stephens. She is also survived by great grandchildren, 3 uncles.
