She was predeceased by: her parents, L. B. PrayLow and Josephine Owens PrayLow. She is survived by: her children, Ray Abney Jr. (Trina), Willie Rico Abney, Robert Abney (Denise), Arlene Cromer (Butler), Jearleen Praylow (Tony), Wilma Abney (Ricardo) and Martha Abney; her sister Mattie Praylow Stephens; her grandchildren, Raised, Zedrick Abney, Betrakiah Bowers, Johnny Bowers, Arromous Abney, Betty S. Abney, Ronnie Abney and Irvine Nicholson; and her children, Terry Abney, Michael Wise and Michelle Curry. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, seventy-one great grandchildren, three great- great grandchildren a host of many other relatives.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah A. M. E. Church.
