He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Lula Ruth Watts Williams. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Williams; his sons, Willie J. Williams (Karen), Patrick Rice, Joshua Williams (Renae) and Daniel Williams (Sharee); and his siblings, Thomas Williams, Donnie Williams, Elaine Hearst and Cora Dial. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
