It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Herring (Laurens, South Carolina), born in Pelzer, South Carolina, who passed away on April 22, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Fowler and Lillie Maude Spearman Fowler. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Hagen of Clinton; her granddaughter Heather Joyce Hagen of Vancouver, BC; her sister Frances Ely (Jim) of Piedmont; and her cousin Margaret Adams Freeman of Piedmont.
