He is survived by: his children, Howard B. Hill, Donna M. Salter, Denise L. Hill and Lakesha H. Austin; and his siblings, Bobby Hill, Victor J. Elmore, Roney Elmore, Valerie E. Neely, Angela E. Foggie and Temple Elmore. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
