He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sandra Jean Prather Staton and Bruce Allen Staton; his children, TJ Staton (Heather) of Laurens, SC, Leann Staton of Minnesota, Joseph Young (Ashley) of Liberty, SC, Nathan Staton of Laurens, SC and Jordan Staton of Laurens, SC; his siblings, Tony Staton (Joye) of Laurens, SC, David Staton (Alisa) of Laurens, SC and Teresa Staton Patterson (Bobby) of Laurens, SC; his grandchildren, McKinley Young, Dravan Bode and Damian Bode; and his close friend Allison Greer.
