He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Deleon Sullivan, Sr. and Sally Cannon Sullivan Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Sullivan (Cathy) of Picayune, MS and Martha Ballew of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
