He is survived by: his son Steven Dale Nelsin, Jr. (Andrea) of Fountain Inn, SC; his sisters, Sheryle Lynn Rierson (Richard) of Kannapolis, NC and Carol N. Davis (Stanley) of Concord, NC; and his grandchildren, Carson Dale Nelsin, Jonathan Tyler Nelsin and Adisson Anthony.
