It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Simmons (Laurens, South Carolina), who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Anderson Charles. She is survived by: her parent Ethel Vest Charles Brown; her children, Joel Timothy Simmons of Clinton and Angela Simmons Mearns of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Charles Colton Barnes (Samantha), Autumn Simmons Gillian (Charles), Shannon Simmons Haupfear (Tyler) and James Edward Simmons, II; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Gillian, Hanna Gillian, Alex Barnes, Opal Barnes and Adrian Haupfear.
