He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harvey and Alma Crocker Harvey; and his stepdaughter Cheryl Duvall Kirby. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Elaine Leatherwood of Marietta, Jan Padgett (Michael) of Laurens and David Duvall (Jane) of Laurens; and his siblings, Festus Harvey of Laurens, William Harvey (Mary Ann) of Gray Court and Jeanette Lockhart (Alvin) of Gray Court. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
