It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Hughes of Laurens, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Henry Thomas; and her sisters, Mary Crawford and Kathy Coleman. She is survived by: her children, Tina Faulkner (David) and James Michael Hughes (Donna) of Laurens; her grandchildren, Bryson Faulkner (Heather), Jess Hughes, Carter Faulkner and Channing Hughes; her great grandchild Emma Rose Doolittle; and her sisters, Louise Giles and Sharon Porter.
