He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Ramage and Corrine Peck Ramage. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Glaysbrook Ramage; his children, Roy Vance, Vanessa Sue Harrington and Amy Ramage Jones (Nelson); his grandchildren, Riley Harrington and Emma Harrington; and his brothers, Don Ramage, James Ramage and Tommy Ramage.
