It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Carter of Laurens, South Carolina, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Garland and Wanda Lee Carter of Beaufort; his wife Angela Alvarez Carter; his daughters, Tina Spires (T. C.) of Pomaria and Katherine Carter (Kenny) of Newberry; his stepchildren, Richard and Valarie; his brother Curtis Lee Carter of Alabaster, AL; and his grandchildren, Natalee, Cromer, Jr., Megan, Nathaniel, Donovan, Khia and Adam Carter.
