He was predeceased by: his parents, James Curtis and Ada Searle Curtis; and his siblings, Joseph Curtis, James Curtis, Chrissie Blake, Maura McLarney and Patsy Murray.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane Renwick Curtis; his children, Paul Richard Curtis of State College, PA and Maureen Curtis Lewis of Greenwood; and his siblings, Raphael Curtis (Peggy), Garrick Curtis (Michelle) of Canada, May Darcey (Joe) of Ireland, Anne Grant of Canada and Olive Fitzsimons (Patsy) of Ireland.
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, P.O. Box 864, Laurens, SC 29360.
