She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Culbertson; her daughters, Amy Taylor (Wayne) and Tonya Lambert Calixto (Chris); her grandchildren, Austin Lambert, Chelsey Taylor, Madelyn Calixto, Sebastian Calixto, Peyton Brown, Trey West, Kerrion West, Amari Williams, Ariana Gant and Eli Culbertson; her great grandchildren, Paxton Lambert and Emmie Lambert; her stepchildren, Kendra Brown (Andrew), Kandace Culbertson and Cody Culbertson (Caitlin); her nephew Roger Patterson, III (Barbara); and her nieces, Katie Lazaro, Nicole Bailey (Derrick) and Rachel Patterson.
