With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patti Wootton (Laurens, South Carolina), who passed away on January 15, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Bob; and her parents, Mildred Black and Howard Black. She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Wootton II and Carrie Elizabeth Wootton Bernstein; her grandchildren, Abi, Nate, Naomi, Micah, Miriam and Noa; her brother Elliott Black; her friend Sandi Habegger; and also, Robin Wootton and David Bernstein.

“I will miss my dear friend and travel companion forever. Patti was a great guide on all our travels; when Sandi and I would point one way and she would another, since we knew she was right, we would follow. In the evenings we would have great fun playing cards where she was a sweet but fierce competitor. In the future when we are rejoined, I know there will be many more adventures to come! Love and prayers to Patti's family and our dear friend Sandi.”
