He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Diane Morrow Self; his brothers, Wayne Self and Johnny Self; and his nephew John Self. He is survived by: his children, Lynn and Michael (Tracey); his grandchildren, Jacob, Brady, Ethan and Kirsten Wilson; his children, Dee, Autumn, Demi, Samantha, August, Waylon, Piper and Castiel; and his siblings, Jimmy Self (Betty Jo), Ruth Brooks, Betty Harrison, Edna Graddick and Doris Self. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
